How Much does a Standard Yorkie Weigh?

The Standard Size Yorkie or Yorkshire Terrier can weigh up to 7-8 lbs and sometimes bigger.

The easiest way to get a standard size Yorkie would be to breed two standard size Yorkies.

You could also get a standard size yorkshire terrier from breeding a teacup, tiny toy or miniature dog to a standard size dog.

Sizes vary in litters depending on the size of the parents, litter size and current weight.

It's easier to estimate the adult weight of a dog after they are 8 weeks of age.

Be sure to take into account the size of the parents and the current size of the puppy to determine how big or small the puppy will be full grown.

If you have a picture or pictures of a standard size yorkie puppy or adult please email me and I'll put it on this page so that future visitors will know what they look like.
